MALIBU, Calif.(AP) Britney Spears left a live-in rehabilitation facility early Wednesday, less than a day after checking in, according to several reports.

It was the second time in a week that Spears entered a rehab facility and checked out before her first day was finished.
The television news magazine "The Insider" initially reported that Spears called a car service, walked out of the Promises Malibu Treatment Center and left the facility early Wednesday morning.
Later, the TV show "Extra" and the celebrity Web site TMZ.com said the 25-year-old pop star had left the center far short of the usual 45-day stay. TMZ said she couldn't handle rehab and went home.
That poor girl, I hope that she opts to get help soon...sending prayers out.
I have a real gut feeling that she had checked herself in on the urging of her Mom. B perhaps did go in with the intent of staying and pleasing her Mom. As we all know oh to well that rehab will on work for those that want it!
No court ordered or family ordered rehab is going help any addict/alcoholic that has not hit there own rock bottom.....apparently B has not....YET.
There will be a seat for her at any AA/NA meeting waiting when she is ready. I pray that she makes it. I pray for her family and her kids.

The poor thing. I did that for so long. I'd be hung over as hell or just getting over trying to cut my wrists or something equally hellish and check in to a detox/rehab. The problem was, once I started feeling better I would check out. I know exactly how she feels. That rehab stuff was for "other" people that couldn't handle their drugs/drinking. I would tell myself I would do it differently next time. Hopefully she'll find out she is one of us before it gets worse.
She's way ahead of me...at least she has an inkling she needs help and checked in...maybe next time, she'll stay...I was active & lived in denial longer than she's been alive...

Was just watching MSNBC and they brought up a good point. She might of shaved her head because of a possible drug test

A persons hair can be tested for drug use. The difference between hair and say blood or urine is the fact that drugs can be detected in someones hair much longer. In fact, as long as it has been growing before being cut. So it gives a fairly lengthy historical record.
