I feel so bad for my cat...she has been crabby for days and I just chalked it up to dislike of our "newish" dog.This morning my bed had blood on it...she has kidney stones(like me lol) and the poor puss must have been feeling lousy all week. Bad mommy. I will be taking her to the vet at noon. Sharonn

Put the cat in the car and in the passenger seat so she can see me...her crate is in the back. I am petting her and trying to console her and drive simultaneously...ok....now all of a sudden she is foaming at the mouth...her nose is hot and I am really freaking out. Call vet and explain and they say just get there as soon as possible...of course I was behind every idiot...I am so stressed at this point, I start to cry...she calms down, but is still hyperventilating.Almost at vet..cat is crying that awful plaintiff wail when is usually a sound I hear when she is sick. I am trying to pull into the lot and now she is climbing on me, drooling profusely and proceeds to poop on my lap(you gotta picture all this) In retrospect it is humorous, but at the time...so I clean the poop...bring her in and the vet sees her. A very bad infection...a shot of penicillin. It turns out she was carsick and upset..I swear it looked like she was having a seizure...very scary!! All is well...we are home and she is resting. I love my pets with all my heart. Thank you God for making all ok. Whew!!! What a morning. Sharonn

Thank you...it is hard to believe there is anything "wrong" with your heart...It might be too big if anything. You are a very sweet, soft-hearted lady with a sensitive nature I can relate to...many people have hinted that I "toughen up" or simply "grow up"...i.e. "After all Sharon....you are 50 years old".You know what? I am silly and a child at heart and I doubt I will change at this stage of the game. I dance with my dog and sing to my cat....I watch all the holiday Christmas shows and Disney movies. I just saw "Over the Hedge"....loved it!Thumper,you are a bright spot on this board and you always brighten my day. Thank you. Love, Sharonn
