Was anyone else stupid enough as me to get hooked on something over the counter? I hate myself for it. I cant believe I actually went down to the shops and willingly PAID for substances just so I could lose a little bit of weight.

Welcome to the board, what kind of over the counter (OTC) meds are you talking about? I am in the UK and know there is some nasty addictive stuff available OTC. I once got hooked on pills with codeine in them and it was amazing how many pharmacies would keep on selling them to me with no questions asked. They were *usefull* for topping up my prescriptions.

Good Morning friends, i have a OTC med that I was not hooked on per say but have bought to get high, sudafed, how imbarssing!!! i got wired off of it though , so i just wanted to put that moment out there, hope that it makes you feel better, and as far a diet pills, everyone does it, this world is all about being skinny, its so iratting! so please dont feel bad sweetie, much luv jazzy:)..
don't feel bad. welcome to the disease of addiction, my friend. I am now addicted to my nordic trac...and that isn't even a drug. Well, actually I am addicted to the chemicals that get released after a workout..

And i was also addicted to benylin, Addiction is addiction reguardless of what it is or where it comes from i knew a female that was once addictied to lypsol mind you a bit more less harmless then pills or medicine.
