TY for the recommendation, I just ordered the Heller book from amazon.com. I enjoy books with unconsciously self-revealing protagonists (i.e., Ishiguro's Remains of the Day). They're very difficult to craft.

Its snowing very lightly right now Shantel, and every county in Maryland has shut down school today EXCEPT mine. I know no sooner than I get the kids on the bus, drop my youngest off and get to work, I will have to turn around and come right back because they will close schools. It better start snowing harder and soon, I"m running out of time and excuses to get out of work today.

Now, follow Shantel's example and call in a mental health day. Is there any reason to go into work just to turn around again? I'm going to need you for moral support today. The appraiser is coming tomorrow and I have to clean house. I'm sure there are malamute-sized wads of doghair under the boys' beds and all the boxes from Christmas need to be broken down and taken to recycling.

I guess its going to hit us tonight(upstate NY)and supposed to snow right through until Thursday morning.

I hate the snow,but i cant complain,we havent had much at all this year.I will be at the grocery store in line with all the others this afternoon.

Ive got a good book Carol recommended,im half way through and i haven had time to pick it back up,now will be my opportunity to just stay in for two days and relax and read.That part...im looking forward to!

Gina,i dont envy your day,hope it goes quickly for you,lol.Im off to work then womans group,thenhubby and i are hitting the Y(for the second day in a row)i feel the fat melting away already,lol....have a good one everybody!~KIM

I'm not sure what I'm going to do. Maybe it will come to me in the shower. LOL
I've been up since 5am calling the weather forcasters (and board of Ed) very bad words. LOL

I'm going to call my boss at 8. If he says that he is not going, than I wont. I don't mind driving in the snow. I have four wheel drive, and lots of cigarettes.

Hey guys, LOL Gina thinking I might need another mental health day today. I had the grandbabies last night and this morning.
