I think it stops showing in a urinalysis after 2 days, but withdrwal symptoms take about a week or two to subside
when i went to detox i had gone through withdraw for four days on my own when they tested me it was still in my systom and i was still in active withdraw.
I've heard you can it can show in a test 3 tops 4 days later. Withdraws for me peaked at 2 days still bad at 3 days felt lot better 4 days 5 days stilll feeling lil off by day 7 just cravings untill currently 11 months clean. The WORST is over after day 4 for the most part except for the mental battle.
The average (depending on if your last shot is at midnight- noon .. etc..) is probably 72 hours .
For sure you will start feeling your last dose of extra opiates after about 12-24 hrs depending on the amount & strength.
However,for urine sample reasons I would wait 72 hours to be sure,the consequences for leaving a dirty just aint worth it.
Careful with takin chances,everyones metabolism is a bit different.

I think it depends on the individual. At my old meth clinic we used to get tested once a fortnight and twice after 6 days of not using I came back with a positive test and ended up getting kicked off!
That included drinking lots of water etc. But that was just my personal experience, my friend used to stop using for 3days before she went in and always came back clean.
