Today I will make the best effort to be the type of person I want be. I'll let go of every feeling of resentment, and feel peace. I say that because I want to go to a dear old friends husbands funeral to let her know I still care. The friendship was not cultivated after I got divorced and drug free. I feel anxiety and I am scared that she holds some resentments or bad feelings because of that. But I would like to let her know I care. So to throw a positive spin on it I am going to create the only change I can that is me. I will let go of any feelings and just go give her a hug and let her know I care. I am saying a prayer right now that any reservations I have will lift so that I may show her that I wish her and her family love and peace in this time of great sorrow.
Now that is not the most positve post but I am using my positive thinking to attract the most positive results on a very sad situation. Thanks for listening and throw a prayer her way.

I just got back from the funeral that was a very wierd/hard thing to do for some reason. I'm glad that I went and I did just give her a hug and I told her to call me if there were anything I could do. I left her my phone number my heart is just aching for her and her family. He was only 45 she is about 33 or so She has 3 little ones. Her youngest she named Janie... Please send prayers to her sweet little family. What a day.
