What a great quote! I think I was introduced to this through the 12 step program. Don't leave until the miracle happens. It was then that I began to understand the theory of miracles. So just for today lets all be realisitc and expect a miracle. And see every little miracle that happens each day. Mine for today is I am drug free and that is a MIRACLE. By the grace of God I go.

For me, when I am open & willing and have a conscious contact with my HP, I see miracles everywhere in the day....they're always there, it's just up to me to see them....

Miracles and Higher Powers. When I found this board, I was spiritually resistant. But then I decided that I could either live believing in a loving God and taking strength and comfort from that, or I could go on being a skeptic, which was no comfort at all. (I'm sure there's a quote along those lines from some great thinker, but it escapes me at the moment.) At first, believing was almost an act of will, but then it became simple faith. I trust that someone out there loves us all, that there's a plan and that everything will turn out the way it's supposed to. That's when the miracle happened for me.
