Hi Guys:
In another thread, there was some discussion about what kind of PT we do for back pain. The link about is to a good page that describes the two types of exercise, tho the pix are not there.
Bascially, you can either do FLEXION or EXTENSION. Depending upon what is causing your back pain, one of these should be able to help your pain. Try the flexion exercises for three days and chart your progress, then switch to the extension exercises and note that.
If anybody's got any questions on these, feel free to ask. I've been doing heavy PT for my back for years......I know quite a bit by this time.......<G>....

Thanks Lee. My lower back goes out from time-to-time, so this link will be helpful. For the record, though, it's fundamentally against my nature to control or alleviate physical pain without taking addictive pain medication...I mean, if the pain is real, that's why they write prescriptions, right? . . . lol.
