here is how to copy and past as I have just learned how to do it myself I was maaved at how simple it was Im always surprised at how difficult I try to make things in my head (especially concerning the computer) Here goes:

hightlight the whole section of whatever you want copied
once hightlighted right click your mouse and go to "copy"
your words or whatever is now copied and you can click out of that tab or sight and go to where you want to paste
put the flashyhy line thingy where you want to paste (the bar that you move or moves when you push enter or spacebar--the letter bar or whatever--i dont know what the technical term is)
lastly you right click again and go to past and whala-you have not copy and pasted--try it with this post or even a part of ti--its really easy--cmon bryn i wann see you do it--ill know if you try and cheat and key it in yourself-hahaha
