i relapsed today i bought 10 cigarettes i dont know why smoked 1 and a half of them then destroyed remaining 8 and put my nicotine patch on im really angry i caved in at least i took emergency action the fight continues
At least you threw them away! Shows some will power. Once I buy pot i have to smoke it even if I want to quit. Keep trying!
