just wanted to check in ... so i felt like taking a drive - the weather was so nice, just listened to music, sang really loud - i know someone saw me ... had a great day. visited folks, ate LOTS of food, and now i WANNA go to the movies. it's been a whole week - of sobriety ... and it gets better each day. I know I sounded kinda wussy last night, but i was just being honest with what was on my mind at that exact moment. you guys really are friends of mine, you just don't realize it... thank you so much again.

the ankle is a lil better if i keep it up and iced down..slept a ton last night I havent slept like that sense I started this.... Hey skeeter its day 8 hope you are still hanging with me remember the only thing to stop us,,is us ..the most powerful tool we have is our own thought process and if you keep pos thoughts
you cannot be beat by drugs or anything else in life

Well, I've got a good chest cold, and I'm hurting a little, but still hanging in there...

9-10....something like that...as long as I stay on the Elavil, I'm good..I can't believe how it works...for the Fibro....it really improves your sleep, so your pain is better the next day...also makes me a Fat Fu**, but what can you do? Health before vanity...take care of that cold lady...chat soon...Love, Sharonn

I'm on my third week of the Lamactil (used for Bipolar and Epilepsy) for depression, I'm starting to get a little more energy and hope to get out in the house and do some cleaning, we are soooooo close to moving in, Hubby says first few weeks of December, but we're having Thanksgiving dinner there and my parents (and possibly older son and gf) here, so I definately have to start. I'm also going to start moving some stuff in....

hey there - thanks for the posts you guys - and thanks for the : "just don't take them" line. i'm having using dreams, isn't that odd?? I watched this movie last night that someone on this board said to watch - Acts of Worship. I don't wanna spoil it for anyone so i won't talk about it. . . anyhow - day 8 - here it goes.... :o)

using dreams are not odd at all, i even have using dreams about drugs i never have even tried. but i know they are only dreams and so dont fret my pet. it again is part of the disease or whatever you choose to call it.
