Well this is the 2nd weekend and i have not had a drink. It's been tough but I am still going strong. Good Luck to all............

Good on ya for not drinking, I know how difficult it is, I'm 34 years old and have been drinking since I was around 13 year old!! hung out with an older crowd, parents and older brother drank, lived in a small town, seemed like the thing to do, and never did I think I would wind up all these years later with the problems I have because of my drinking. I can honestly tell you life is soooo much better without the hangovers, and just the isolation that comes from the cycle of drinking.. I am more myself than I think I have ever been, I just take it one day at a time, and just never try to get To Hungry, To Angry, To Lonely or To Tired (H.A.L.T.) I think of these things almost daily, keeps me in check!!
