Hey guys!! It"s been awhile! I wanted to let y"all know that I'm o.k. I'm still on methadone. I'm still in Hoosier country. It still sucke. Everything y'all told me would happen....happened. Well...sort of. Ted and I were getting along fine and I found a job that I really like but.......... You know what happens when someone is running from Johnny Law. Eventually, he catches up with you. He got pulled over one night on his way to pick me up at work because the tag light wasn't working. He's pulling 6 months for probation violation in good ole' North Carolina. Then the feds have a warrant for conspiracy and posession of heroin with intent to deliver. I don't know exactly what that means but it sounds ominous! Anyway, I'm back on-line after being away for awhile and I have missed y'all so bad! I hope everyone's o.k. and I love all of you! You're my heroes!
Good to hear from ya....bad to hear that things arent going real well . Hope you can get refocused and back on track.

Well, Shirley Terrapin, What's shaking babe..........I thought you was stranded with no bridge..........so glad to see ya.

I always bounce back. Sometimes it takes awhile. I really like my job here. Well, actually.. I'm just doing janitorial work but I like the guys I work with. I actually don't minde going to work every evening. That means alot to me. On the other hand, I don't like living here at all.I'm staying with Ted,s family here. I'm getting ready to buy a house from my brother-in-law. I'm sure I'll like it better when I'm in my own place. I'm glad you guys are still around. You just don't know how myuch I've missed your advice and humor.
Shirley nice ..good to have ya back...when i saw yer post i instantly thought ..wheres that one been..long time no see...but yer back amongst the madness now so good tidings..........Davey
Shirley by the way is Hossier County where the Hells Angels rolled into town and wrecked the place for awhile back 50s/60s.......thanks ....Davey
Davey, I've heard quite a few references to the Hell's Angels since I've been here but I haven't heard that. It rings a bell though. People around here seem to be big on bikers. There's a group here called The Diablos. I guess they're supposed to bad news.
I'm afraid of bikers.
We got Hells Angels, Pagans and Warlocks here.
I don't know any bikers and I wouldn't want a tattoo says "PROPERTY OF INSERT BIKER NAME HERE".
Closest I came to bikers was watching the Stones concert from Altamont on a video.
Amen.
Edit to say I am sure there are some very nice, and lovely bikers.

Alright...Shirley...Bryn....i just read a thing about the Hells Angels origins....they started off as a load of disgruntaled WW2 G.I.s and legend goes that they partied and terrorised the population of a sleepy Calif.town called Hossier(sp)so i thought that might be a connection....but were talking late 50s early 60s before they got really organised...or not as the case maybe.Take care............Davey
Davey, no doubt.
I'm going to look that up.........Marlon Brando played a biker in "The Wild One" I think it's called........and that was like around 1952.........we have the movie of it somewhere around here..........well if I didn't sell it........I think you'd enjoy it.
Interesting stuff.........oh terrorize they do.........my friend used to babysit for this couple back in the late 60's.........Hell's Angels he was........fairly sure they don't accept women folk.............they were very kind to her.....and boy would her eyeballs pop out at some of the tattoos......LOL.......police don't like bikers so I heard alot of predjudice against them from my dad.
That's cool how you read so much Davey.........sparks everyone's interest when ya read and share....thanks for that information.

Bryn...funny ya mentioned that movie...coz the article i mentioned also talked about how that film was based on the Angels antics...and Marlon was the best bad guy Hollywood could get...so again yer right....funny how we connect eh?
Take care.......Davey

We're SYMPATICO baby!
That's a good movie, Davey. Somewhat laughable. Brando he was a piece of work. I can watch "Street Car Named Desire" over and over. He cuts a quite tragic figure often.
I looked some of that up. I didn't know HELLS ANGELS was a name of the 11th Airborne. Then I was reading how the Army gave freebies of beer to the troops and that spilled over back home to the Hells Angels here.
"SYMPATHY FOR THE DEVIL". I don't think anyone can listen to that without thinking of Altamont. Funny when she was younger my daughter used to say "I'm afraid of that song, mommy". While she was still home she had been getting into the Stones. So, her and I would sing all the lyrics to that.
Yes, Davey it's you and me connected at the hip albeit logistically we are far away. Ya know people get reincarnated together over and over? Maybe we were picking potatos together a long time ago. WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bryn doesnt like bikers?? odd since she always seems to go for the "bad guys"....i "dated" <lmao, dated in the bushes> a biker in rehab.......he was a hell's angel..and had property of hell's angel tattoo that he had removed because he wanted to leave the "club".........apparently there is NO leaving the hells angels........and he feared for his life whenever he though another fellow biker from his past was nearby............and here this crazy guy he knew back from his days as a biker, came into rehab, we called him ozzy cos he looked just like ozzy osbourne.....and my friend said he was the 'cooker' and inhaled all those meth fumes over the yrs, which explained why he was a bit "off" to say the least.........entertaining funny he was though.......stayed a few days then walked off into the night..........the most interesting ppl u meet in rehab
