wow i woke up this morning feeling um PMT low lol and read this thread and how it warmed my heart, its just so nice that we can not only deal with recovery on this site but laugh at ourselves and laugh with others, sometimes i think we can be too serious and far too focussed. Thx for cheering me up and reminding me life is worth living it reminds me not to take things for granted. Had a question what is the name of your band and do you guys play locally. You know how I feel about country music.....but the hubby loves it. Misty, yeah, I love country but I'm in a three pc. blues band, we do some classic rock but it's blues based. Yeah we play locally, I'll let ya' know next time we gig. We're breakin' for the holidays. We're gonna change our name since I'm the only guy from the original line up. We were "Third Degree" a name taken from a Johnny Winter album. The drummer and I came up with that about 15 years ago, but since I'm the only guy left as of a few months ago, we're gonna change the name and begin a new.

Also sorry to be OT- Ya, Spocks Beard are awesome..so is Morse...in addition to YES, I also love ELP, Genesis, Dream Theater, Moodies, Kansas and the like. I guess it's more symphonic rock than R&B..though I like both. Heck, I was in a Yes cover band for many years...
