Still Clean After 40 Days

Good morning all,
Well we made it back from Georgia, Not much to report, the judge cancelled our court date, but will let cajun lady elaborate more on that subject. Anyways were still clean after 40 days, and feeling great. This is the first trip I've taken since I was a young boy, that I wasn't stoned to the bone, and it was great. We just drove and drove and drove, and enjoyed the scenery and my family. It was really neat we didn't even crave it. When we were smoking, we wouldn't even considered a trip like that without weed, Hell I wouldn't of even went to the grocery store without being stoned, so I consider this a great milestone in our lives. I see we have a lot of new people on the board, thats great. To all you new folks, stay with this board and keep reading and posting. The fellowship here is mindblowing and there are some great people on here with good advice.
Just remember when the going gets tough the tough get going. When I was a stoner it was "when the going gets tough...I just got stoned" and that don't get you anywhere. Good luck to you all on your journey and God Speed.
Have to get ready for work, but will post more later.

much love to u all

Hey, that's great Bubba, good for you! Sounds like you're making some great progress, and really enjoying the sober life. I'm not quite new here, but I've been away for 2 years, and am recently quitting again, so it's all new faces for me.

So good job, and way to fight the good fight, I'm happy to hear of your success!

Way to go, guys ! With all that money you're saving from buying weed, you can take a vacation (the kind without judges and courtrooms ) :-) , just the two of you !
I want to commend you for doing this thing. You sharing the way you do helps people. Keep up your steady pace of recovery!
