i've done this coming of methadone malarchy before, i can't remember feeling this weird. I was dreaming last night that I had some H and I was in a resturant trying to get away to the bathroom so I could have a smoke.
And I keep waking up in sweats, literally all over, my back, face, it's nasty, really uncomforatable.
My house needs tidying up, the washing needs doing but all I seem to be able to do is make tea..can't find the energy for anything else. Lucky the kids are away for a few days, wot would we do..

..Have ya been reducing ya meth dose lately ?..i wud'nt know wots causing ya bad dreams n that..try drinking a lotta water throughout the day..fresh lemons sliced up and put in a jug wit hot water and let it settle a while may help sum of the toxins outta ya body with a bath afterwards just before bed may stop the sweats ?..maybe others will be along with better advice..hope s/thing sorts it out for ya..Robbie..

Alright..Kymbo how much are ya coming off and how fast..all that could be behind yer sweats and dreams...you get bad sweats from being on methd.anyway...im on 70ml..for the last 7yrs and specially during Summer have flowing sweats so its not uncommen...just a lil input.

Afraid not Emz.....its only in the last yr.that ive been clean...yrs.5&6 i mostly dabbled i wasnt a 24/7 addict but the yrs preceding that i was a full blown addict....nice thought all the same.Take care.........Davey

I am reducing 2mls a fortnight, which is not much at all I know. The sweats are awful. Thanks for the tip robbie will give it a go.
Just been diagnosed with postnatal illness, god have felt so crap over the last few days...it's like deja vu, last time I came off meth I had PNI too, it doesn't help feeling so s***ty.
