HI all, well , I have about 1hour and a half to go ,,, till the time I wanted to start sub...which is 10 am..This morning I called in sick agin.. think its o.k., bunch of people out with some sort bug or flu type illness...still feel guility...oh well.
I gotta get clean don't have to work till Tues. off Mon for Presidents day...
So, should I start the sub... is what Iam asking myself ,, I feel o.k. today. other than normal stuff,, withdrawls seem to be light right now.. could be fooling myself... Think iam going with the sub.. at ten ,,startin low doses tapering down ,,,real slow just to play it safe...
My 8 year old daughter comes this afternoon so,, It will get a little more interesting my daily routine anyway.. and the stress of it all, craving could get worse, if not on sub.....You guys no the rest ,,, cold turkey last week ,, and did not make it... Redd, Iam still afraid of the sub, do you take it on an empty stomach or should I eat now....
Good morning Tak. It doesnt matter if your stomach is full or empty because its absorbed under your tongue. I would eat something if I were you.

You made it to today! I am so proud of you, I knew you could do it. Yeah go ahead and eat something. My doctor told me to let it dissolve under your tongue, it does not take long for it to dissolve, for me anyway. Don't swallow it. After it disolves I was told not to eat or drink anything for 15 to 20 minutes.
I'm telling you Tak, you are going to be pleasantly surprised at how much better you will feel, it surprised me because I was a little apprehensive as well.
I'll be right here and I'm sure John Dee will be looking for you today as well

Still think I should go with 4 mgs. today, whats your suggestion split that to a 2mg am and 2mg. p.m.
Ill be around most of the day, may have to step out for a few now and then. Start with two then wait two hours and see how you feel, if needed take the other 2. Redds around too to share her experience so one of us should be here at all times.

Hey John, Iam gonna go eat , Iam straving anyway.... will be back in a few. Hope you and Redd are around. I called my Sub doctor, to a least let them know I was starting today... Nurse just said, O.k.,and that was it., Geeeez. They have not been a lot of help other than getting the script for sub...

TK, gosh, it sounds like your doctor didn't give you very good instructions. I'm glad John and Redd are here for you. I can't stay all day, but I , too take sub. 8 mg. every morning. Doc says to take another one if I think I need it. I rarely do. I wish you the best of luck with your recovery and hope the sub helps you as much as it has helped me. Good luck!! And don't be afraid of something that is going to help you.

i'm here too, i cant help you on the sub info, but i can be a cheerleader. just listen to these experts who've been there. you cant go wrong your in good hands. good luck today. i'll be here too i'll try and help if just by listening and sending some prayers. no worries these guys got your back.

well this will be very cool for me to follow along and learn/educate myself so if soemone comes along with questions i might be able to help them from what i will learn by observing you go through the process. that sucks your dr couldnt be of better help for you, but you found great help right here in the comforts of your own home with JD REDD MOLLY lookking out for you.
