You can take subutex 4 hours after using herion. Taken before this will send you into withdrawal.

Please you must be in wd before you take sub always....
If not you will be in for a hell you can not imagine. There is a set time it varies from opiate to opiate. But it is only a guide line and 4 hours might not be enough time, hell I never even heard it that short with heroin....
Be in wd, in WD..... The longer you wait the better for you, the less chance for error and pain....
I have to ask, did you call your doctor? This is the first place you should present questions.
Please if you don't have one don't run. Go to the pill board, more active and many sub users. Let them help you....

..Don,.t take the subs 4 hours aftrer using heroin...that is no way enough time..you need to wait a lot longer..at least 10hrs..if you,ve taken heroin then why the need to take sub 4 hrs later..surely the heroin would still be holding you..preferably..wait until the next morning after taking heroin to take the sub if you can..Robbie..
