I have left several posts. I came to this board for support also, but it seems unless you are one of a select few you don't get much support. So, I will look elsewhere for support.

I have not visited much but I am a recovering addict with 4 years clean and I would like to help if possible... Please respond and we will go from there... cause I have been there.,...

Teresa, the guest sounds very close to meltdown,but she/he seems to have left. I have five years clean.. Mainly alcohol and then coc pills and almostshot up with a hooker.so glad i didnt

I took mainly hydro's but I wanted at one point to move on the the big 'h' and almost shot up with a friend. (some friend huh...lol) but God was really working that night and one thing after another went wrong with our plan so I didnt... I am also glad.

I enjoy my recovery these days.. most days anyways...lol.. It really helps to give back... As we say in NA we only keep what we have (recovery) but giving it away. Glad to see someone else with alot of clean time under there belt to help guide the youngins...lol...

I'm so sorry that it seems that only a select few get replies. You have to remember though that alot of what you're asking can be answered in previous threads. Go back and read through them. Also, time differences can make a difference. When your awake, some are sleeping. I really do try and answer as many as I can but I have a life outside of this board because I got clean and feel like living my life now. But, I got clean because of the awesome people on this board... If you address me personally, I will answer you. I promise. I don't have all of the answers but I can give you the support and kick in the butt you're looking for.
