Hello,
My name is Jayci Robb and I am a graduate student at the University of Arizona. My advisor, Dr. Chih Chin Chou, and I are recruiting participants for a survey studying the role that stigma plays in the journey of living with substance use and what factors can help a person to cope. The survey is completely confidential with no identifying questions and you may skip any question that you do not wish to answer. You may also exit the survey at any time. The survey takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. If you are interested in participating, please click on or copy and paste the following link into your web browser to begin: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/N3T7HH5
If you have any comments, questions or concerns, you can contact me at jaycir@email.arizona.edu. You may also contact the National Hopeline Network at http://www.preventsuicide.us/hopeli...gethelpnow.html for free counseling if you wish to discuss your experiences further. Thank you for your time and interest, we greatly appreciate your participation!

Hi Jack,
Thank you for your note, I completely understand. If you change your mind, the survey will be open for at least a few weeks. You continue to make a difference as well :)
