Good Morning ALL,
I haven't been posting lately due to computer being down. However, I am still drinking. Not as much as I was but still am. Went to 1 AA meeting and it went ok I guess. Going back to another one today. I wonder how many will be there on a holiday weekend. God that is soooo hard to do. So far, it hasn't helped me quit again but still praying.
Val, so sorry to hear your frustrations with your freinds. I am always thinking of you as well as all on this board. Thanks so much to all of you for your prayers and concern. Just wanted to let you know I am still here and have been thinking of each and every one of you.

Hi Tremor...glad to hear you are still around. Don't beat yourself up about slipping. From what I hear the meetings are really the way to go. I myself don't do AA but the more I am here and hear the success stories I am considering it more and more lately. You have a great 4th and take it one day at a time.

Hi Tremor, so proud of you for going to a meeting. That's so huge and scary too! At least it was for me...I just sat there for the first 30 days and cried! I had so much shame...I couldn't even hold my head up. Remember, the only requirement for AA membership is a desire to stop drinking ~ hold tight to your seat. You're gonna be okay...you are exhibiting willingness, and that my friend, is the key!
Hey Tremor, it's good to hear from you... sorry you have been drinking (I lost it Saturday myself) but it is good to hear you went to a meeting, I hope it helped. Also hope your computer problems have been fixed & you can post more... love and hugs from me...
