Hi,
I am freezing! Ever since I tapered to 15 and now 2 days on 12 (lorcet 10/650) I am freezing cold and can't seem to warm up. Any suggestions, I put on sweaters but they seem to keep the cold inside. The only thing that warms me up is a hot shower but once it's over I am freezing again. I live in Maine so it is very cold anyway, I don't want to go broke with the price of oil keeping the house 90 degrees! Any suggestions?

Take a hot bath, then wait an hour and top it off with hot water again...Just try to keep it luke warm and keep topping it off with hot water. It will save on energy. You will get hot too. Wont always be cold if thats any help.
Good luck!
Hope you have a bathtub.
Do you have a heating pad to lay on? Electric blanket?

Hi Only4,
Yeah I can relate! In the 2 weeks I've been de-toxing from suboxone, I've been cold a lot. ( Plus I live in Vermont, and we're not exactly experiencing a heat wave here either!)
It seems the only time I feel really good and warm is while I'm taking a hot shower...so I'm taking a LOT of them! You might try it...or a hot bath. Stay bundled up in the meantime and remember: This too Shall Pass!
Better to be chillin' than pillin'! lol!

BURRRRRRRR I so can relate......I lived in the tub for a week or so, and then bundled up under my electric blanket....( thank goodness I was not working at the time). Drink lots of tea, and the chicken soup helps a bunch also......
