hello yvonne, yes i live in old england- rifght down on the coast in Sussex. I'm not going to do methe until my appoint although it'll cost me money I can't spare but at least it'll get methe out of system. You are so right about knowing your own body, I've also restarted my anti depressants which don't work well with methe at all but they are good on their own...I want subs and I want them now!!!......hope I don't crumble in front of the scary text book doctor, cos they will want to increase methe but I don't want that....hope your days are better.
