What Can I Do About Getting Back Healthy?

Since i quit in December,I had started working out everyday
and working on my mental health with my therapist. But are their any natural herbs or supplements to rid my body of toxins and increase
my immune fuction within any help is appreciated. i guees it takes tme
but want to assist my body anyway I can thank you all.

I'm no expert but I would think lots of green vegetables, fruit, water, green tea, exercise...stuff like that...

I read somewhere that lots of Vitamin C is really good for lungs.
here are some herbal remedies you might want to try:
to boost immune system and fight virus:
garlic, echinacea,goldenseal, vitamin c
for insomnia:
valerian, chamomile, saint john's wort
for anxiety:
valerian, passionflower, vervain,kava
for fatigue:
black tea

I have been inspired by JoJo to investigate this whole vegan thing & I think raw food is the best diet. It just makes sense to me. The hard part is getting my family to feel the same way! :P

I also added sublingual B12 to help with the sleepies afterwards during the day.

Best thing to clean out the body is any type of exercise that will make you sweat. Then yoga - slow stretching of the muscles and deep breathing. You only need to learn a few basic poses.

There is nothing you can take to "clean out the body". It just doesn't work that way. Your body will heal itself, your mind/emotions can heal, it all takes time and positive mental energy, and changes to occur. Many types of activity can stimulate that change.

But for vitamins - I like the Vitamin World vitamins, they are fairly or even cheaply priced. Mega Vita Min is strong, not expensive. Fish Oil is #1 Vit that everyone should take, take 600-1200 mg of combined total DHA/EPA. A little extra Vit C 500mg/day is good. Also garlic 1000mg/day is strong. (cooking lower garlic activity).
