What Helps Quit Nicotine? Tips/suggestions

What can We do to Quit smoking?
TIPS and suggestions welcome.
here're a few things that I find help.

1.chew bubblegum, Mints and gummy candies to get nicotine off our minds.
2. drink more coffee.
3. Get a vape pen/e-cigs with only 1-3mg of nicotine ...
(They come in many flavors and you can wean yourself off slowly.)
( they're also cheaper in the long run.)
4. listen to music more often, to take your mind off things?
5. take smaller puffs, butt your smokes out half way and when you feel a craving, smoke them and keep smoking halves.
6. resist the craving, every time you feel a craving come on. Get a drink of water, put on a song,
or go for a walk just think about random things till the cravings stop.
7. TRY your hardest not to have a smoke 1+ hour within waking up and 1+ hour before bed.



Go for a walk, do yoga, meditate, take a nap, eat a healthy snack or meal, talk on the phone, read a book, paint, draw, anything but smoke.

The best way to go is to go plant-based diet by juicing with organic veggies, fruits, and nuts and also use of spices and herbs. They are high in vitamins that are beneficial to the body for health and cure in just about anything. Get good rest and exercise. Do your favorite hobbies that will take mind off of smoking.
I find that riding a bike is helpful. When you get the urge jump on a bike for 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes an hour whatever. Or, go for a brisk walk instead get our mind off it and your Body Busy.
