Hey my ole pal Zac! What's up with you pal? Haven't chatted in a while and seeing LD's post made me think of all the people that helped me early in my own recovery. You are one of them!
How is the home situation? Has J. chilled out and is all back to normal? LOLOL...Well as normal as we addicts can take anyway?
How are the kids? I still remember the photo you posted with you in the wizard hat!! LMAO>...Too funny.
Well pal I just wanted to say hello and tell ya that I was thinking of you and all of the oldtimers here. BTW...have you heard from Ginge? I had a few forwarded emails from him but other than that I don't know how he is. Check in Ginge!

Things are sweet and jen is ok as we both owned up to our parts in the blowout we had a while ago so recovery is progressing well, the kids are growing fast and our daughter had pony clup competition today at our A and P show in town, she got a good hall of ribbons for a beginner and proceeded to take her dad on the ferris wheel and as i get motion sickness real easy plus 3 hours sleep from nightshift i didnt survive the ride to well and she was rocking the thing as well LMAO
Dunno about words of wisdom but i do know about experience, strength and hope:)

Hey Val and everyone else! I'm doing good this week, but am workng alot! My head shut up, but probably because I can't think of anything else but work while I'm working....I'm already in my pajamas!
