For some reason I was just watching this KT Tunstall or whatever her name is and man she's been on the telie alot the last few days and it struck me to find Davey.

Feel better Davey. We had it over here as well. Nothing ya can do but drag yourself to the bathroom, and having a seven year old I can't imagine right now. I wish I was there to help ya some. I'd drive that Bratz car out the window. We'd color and read and that's it. Yeah, right.
Hope Sian doesn't come down with it. It's usually the kids are the ones hand it over to us though. Freaked me out though cause it's a tad like withdrawl, and sneakin into my head was "BAG O' DOPE". Fixes the aches, and sneezing, and stomach stuff, and ohhhhhhhhhh right i ain't using. Neither are you so don't be worried if it brings ya back a little bit. It's just a flu. Just a flu and rest will help. That's it. rest and fluids, and peace and quiet. Right?

Bryn..thanks for the shout out..yeah baaad flu vibe wid me for the last few days..as i said on another post like a mild turkey without the mental side..ive got a few Polish workmates&they put me onto hot vodka with pepper..the 1st one a b**** but after that its not bad ..it doesnt take the flu away but temporarily makes ya feel better..im a fan of hot whiskeys so alls good.Sians starting too sneeze a bit so i hope im better before she gets it..but no spirits for her just yet..just good ol T.L.C.

Also Bryn the idea of picking up a bag or four did come into it..also the benzo monster laughed at me over several sleepless nights..but as ya said its only the flu..however bad i may feel i know a shot of gear aint gonna take it away..i know it would only prolong the sickness.

I send big hugs and I was joking about the Polish......I have neighbors only came here like eight years ago from Poland.......nicest, hard working, and CLEAN people I ever met......the wife CLEANS me under a table.....plus everyone of them speaks English self-taught.......pretty tough boys they got as well.....the sons will effectively beat your hinney down you mess with them....so I bet that Vodka works with pepper.

Thanks guys yer the best..still got it baaad after nearly 10days of this s***..my dearest Sian has got a lil bit but..what did she do at 7am today but jump off her bed&sprain her ankle...God give me strength..coz my reserves are at an all time low..just been a bit of a dark time mentally for me&as ya all know what do we addicts think of when feeling way down..yeh a pick me up..but thanks to you lot&a lot of self control thats only a brief thought.
