The last time I detoxed off oxycodone I had the typical wd symptoms..this time I hardly sweat...the pain was unbearable...stuffy nose and head(not runny) and my skin was burning(still is) as if I were laying on hot coals. Has anyone else experienced this? I know I have inflammation...maybe the wd triggered a Lupus flare...oh and of course restless legs and body creepy crawlies. Thanks in advance. Sharonn

I will never forget the agony of w/d. For me I experienced...extreme hot and cold flashes..freezing one second and boiling the next. I spent alot of time wrestling with the blankets. The one I recall most was the extreme fatigue and NOT being able to sleep.
Walking for even a few steps to the bathroom was a major major deal. I never vomited but had extreme diarrhea....Imodium was the key.
Achy muscles and runny nose and watery eyes happened continually for weeks! All your symptoms are classic, I think we all get various forms and combinations of most of the symptoms. My heart aches for you right now....its so depressing I know...but relief is on the way!! Right! Try to focus on that. I just know that sub will work wonders for you!!

Sharon, no thanks necessary. Just try to relax and know that you are so worth this and have so many cheering for you. You have worked incredibly hard these months to tackle this...I couldn't be more proud of you.

anyway Sharon 2mg of Suboxone took it all away. I was shocked. Yea I needed seroquel to sleep but I was snorting 100-200mg I was eating xanax like candy drinking bla bla bla Oh and my 10 /325 parts for breakthrough LMAO pain???
I have no idea how sub works but I hope you get on it with a good doctor Like i was blessed with. You cant do this alone.

Could it be, the worst of your withdrawal is because of benzos?
I am still on 1/2 mg. of xanax a day(from 2-4) to prevent seizure.
