hey ww- a few things... i rented the first season of 'weeds' last night. no triggers at all. fun show. you are right, she (mlp) and i DO look alike more than i thought just different facial features... i love the story... and all that weed! but again no triggers.
i watched half of the first season in one sitting... would have gone on but it was late:)
also need to tell you how great i'm feeling. lots of things since monday!
after the doc appt she adjusted my meds... amazing little trick to take them early- early and go back to sleep so i'm not depressed in the am... who would've thunk it?
question: i bought 2 small hand size quartz crystals and one small rose quartz for under my pillow... i washed them last night in dove soap and there is no sun to dry them in today... last night they sat on the windowsill by the light of the moon. is is safe to say i can put them under my pillow or do they need more cleansing time, and sunlight?
i'm on a roll and i'm accepting it all... and i'm riding on a natural high here... and i'm not sure how much is what i've learned, what i've opened myself to, and what you helped me create and work on OR all of the above...
please let me know if you want to do another round... !
