Sorry I've been missing and yeah i've been chasing goats and building yards and working and i've only been sleeping about 4 to 5 hours and my body packed it in and i feel knackered, so last night in bed early and working so hav'nt been posting, so I'm a bit behind in whats happening for everyone.
Also forgot to keep praying and talking to my higher power (God) so i was pretty stuffed on all levels, my recovery is proportional to my spirituality and meeting last night was on spirituality and it worked for me

I so can relate to your post and thank you for sharing...there are days when I break my routine and don't reach out to my HP and the alcoholic behaviors coming rushing straight back and I'm miserable...I have found for me, when I feel squirrely and that committee starts up in my head, if I just stop right there & pray, just give it back to God, then I can restart my day and be grateful...
I had a powerful meeting last night and still feeling the gratitude and love from it..remember to take that advice you give, my friend, and kick up those feet and take care of you....
