I've had fruit for breakfast and plenty of water.
may not sound like much but for me i'm doing well. no pains.
who ever said no pain no gain needed to have been taken in the road and shot.
they could not be more wrong.
my grandfather gave me money last night to help with my medications which really helps and cheered me up to know he cares.

yeah 3 hours dont sound like much to non addicts but to addicts. we soooooooooooo know 3 hours can feel like 3 days!!!! or weeks even. no worries. i relate. and don't ever feel like your probs are to small or measley, i personally(and sure others feel the same ) don't compare. when something is bothering you its very valid. wether it be big or small we all process it different and those same emotions are still there. it's always better to share them and talk about them . then be selfish and carry them around yourself. : ) a prob shared is a prob halved. hey thats what we're all here for . just one big ol happy disfunctional family hehehe

well I got my script today and its at 1.6mg, but I have only taken 1.2mg, I'm gonna see if I can do a bigger than 0.4mg reduction cos i feel fine so far x x
