Does anyone know if a NFL game can be tied? I mean the final score be 30 to 30? Is it possible? I tried looking it up and I can't find any info. I thought maybe some of you guys might know if this can be done.. Thanks Rae

A regular season NFL game can be tied if neither team scores in overtime...In the playoffs they would keep playing until someone scores...

Yes Rae-Rae it can. There are usually one or two ties every few years. I believe Dallas had a tie last but not sure. In college there are no ties because of the overtime system. Later and have a good weekend.

The giants were 1.5 underdogs HE HE HE- (THEY COVERED)-and the field gold kickers did not take there steroids.
Game ended in like a 19-19 tie.
The overtime rule is a joke. It will be changed in the next few years as a coin flip decides who gets the ball. The coaches are complaining and a rule change should happen soon. Like college hopefully.

There are absolutely ties in the NFL, not even 99% sure. 100%
The college rules are that each team gets a set of downs from the 30 (I think) to score and if they each get a FG they do it again. That's the way it should be in the pros

The game can only be tied if it goes to overtime and no one wins. Jeff is right, the rules will change one day like college ball. The coin tosss does deciede who wins most of the games since they get the ball first!
