Hey guys
Just wanted to drop a quick note before I went to bed. I am on day 23 and never going to turn back. I realized tonight after my meeting that I am going to make it and I have made some serious progress. I dont feel great yet but I am feeling better., I cant wait to go to Church tomorrow and thank God for where I am today. What a scary ride but I can see the light finally. School is done in 10 days for the semester as well. I made a huge crunch in my studies today.
Im extremely thankful and I owe you guys a lot. Thank you for accepting me back in this family and once again im sorry about the relapse. I know in my heart I can never do that again. It has been an excellent wake up call for me

You've come along way. Congrats on 23 Clean Days. You give so many hope.
Don't ever think nobody cares. You always get a lot of feedback on your posts and people really do care how your doing. The weekends are sometimes SLOW around here not to mention you were posting at 2:45 am. I was snoring and slobering on my pillow at the time:-0)

Rae, I don't know about you but see what happens when we start getting old we can't hang out late at night like we use to.(LOL) I'm headed off to the mall to wrap Christmas presents with my 15 year old. Her cheerleading squad has a gift wrapping booth and it is my turn today. Hubby did it last weekend. Have a great day. Shantel

Now don't get so defensive. Of course we all care. We need to wake up to do so though. Perhaps you could issue all of us an alarm clock? I thought I was late getting to sleep at 2:00. It was quite a night for me. I was WIDE awake, unfortunately, but I gratefully was able to sleep until 9:00 this a.m. I did the church thing last night, so I don't have to go today. Just paper reading and coffee. I love Sundays. Keep at it, dog, you're doing great!

Thanks Rae you to. Gonna try and take some time to myself after I get done at the mall. The grandbabies have been here since Friday night but I so love being able to send them home with their mother on Sunday night. They are 2 and 5 months. Shantel

9 degree's? That is FREEZING.. BURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!! I grew up in Ohio for 20 years, so I remember the cold weather. However, I never want to go back to that AGAIN. I love Florida. I have been here 13 years this May. You can' beat our weather. You can't move back down here now since your girls are so little but maybe when they get older?

Shantel- It's almost too cold to do anything. I was out in the storm Friday..it was pretty crazy..now all that snow is frozen..like a rock..
Rae- Ya, I thought about that..believe me. When I lived down there, I flew my oldest down there once a month and for 1/2 the summer..they liked it, espcially in the winter..if I ever move again (which is probably), I'll havbe to do the same or something..gives me anxiety..hehe..at least I go pick the rascals up in a little while..and good god..my oldest son is coming over..he must be hungry or needs some money...
